The first hour is based on the Nia method
And the second just free dance

Except for my love to Nia
I love music & dancing without guidance
And that's what led me to create the

 Mania & DJ set

The first part is a classical nia class

that gives an anchor And tools

to enter the free dance 

with intent Purpose

and personal creation

or personal translation

Dance is an expression of the

hidden and overt parts
From my own self combined

with exciting music
And inspires the movement from in and out
